Overview
DollarSmart.pk offers a 7-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 7 days of delivery date
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or opened products
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Sale or clearance items
- Perishable or hygiene products

Return Shipping
- If the item is defective or incorrect: DollarSmart.pk covers return shipping cost
- If returning due to change of mind: Customer bears return shipping cost
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash for COD orders
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and return policy applies
