3. Delivery Timeframe
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2-4 business days
- Other cities: 4-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location
- Free shipping may apply on selected products or promotional offers
5. Payment Method
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan
- Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery
6. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation
- You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS once your order is dispatched
7. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking number provided by our team via WhatsApp or SMS.
8. Failed Deliveries
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery
- After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us
